Product Variations & 3D Printing Nature

Our products are primarily made from PLA, an indoor-use plastic. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, minor variations, slight surface textures, or visible layer lines may occur. These are standard manufacturing characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.

Website Usage & Custom Orders

Our website acts as a catalog and enquiry funnel. Submitting a custom order request does not create a binding contract. A custom order is only confirmed once all details, including pricing, design, and processing times, are mutually agreed upon by both the customer and the studio.

Pricing & Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to update product pricing and shipping charges without prior notice. Cubix3D Craft Studio also reserves the right to cancel any order (with a full refund if payment was already made) due to unforeseen production issues, material shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.
