Return & Replacement Policy

Cubix3D Craft Studio creates modern 3D printed products designed and manufactured in India. Each product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the unique nature of our studio, we follow a strict replacement-only policy for specific scenarios.

Eligibility for Replacements

We offer free replacements for your order under the following conditions:

• Transit Damage: If your product arrives broken or damaged.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

How to Claim a Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please share clear photo proof of the damaged or incorrect item, along with the original packaging, via our website enquiry form or support email. Once verified, we will process and dispatch your replacement within 3 to 5 working days.

Custom Products

All custom-made and personalized products are manufactured specifically for you. Because of this, they are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged in transit or are incorrect.

Non-Eligible Returns

Please note that replacements or returns will not be accepted for normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or misuse of the product (such as exposing indoor PLA products to extreme heat, outdoors, or heavy impact).
